摘　　要：金融ERP实验教学平台是深入研究实验教学发展规律,结合金融行业发展现状与趋势,通过校企协同创新,开发的一个高仿真的、开放的综合实验教学平台,旨在培养具有"金融+管理+信息技术"复合知识与实践创新能力的高素质应用型金融人才。实践证明,基于协同创新思想建设实验教学平台,可实现高校与企业间的资源互补,产生双方共赢的1+1>2效应,推动高校实验教学平台建设的高水平、可持续性发展。Financial-ERP Experimental Teaching Platform is a highly integrated, open and comprehensive experimental teaching platform, it is developed by the university-enterprise synergy innovation through a deep study of the law of experimental teaching development, development status and trend of financial industry. The aim is to cultivate high- quality applied financial talents who have not only the comprehensive ability and knowledge about ＂ Finance ＋ Management ＋ information technology＂ , but also have the practical ability and innovation ability. The result has proved that constructed experimental teaching platform based on the synergy innovation can be achieved resources complementary between universities and enterprises, and promote the development of experimental teaching with high level and sustainability.
