浅谈科研仪器使用率与效益的提高

摘　　要：大型科研仪器设备是高校进行教学科研、人才培养、技术创新和社会服务的重要基础条件。是高校办学实力与科研水平的重要标志。仪器设备利用率高低与否,则直接关乎到高校深入实施创新驱动发展战略,统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设步伐。因此,在新形势下,就如何加强大型仪器设备建设管理与开放共享,切实提高大型仪器设备的利用率和效益,进一步提升高校教学科研和对外服务能力,是当前高校大型仪器设备管理工作中急需面对的现实问题。针对影响和制约仪器设备使用率的主要因素进行了分析,并结合我校科研仪器创新管理工作实践,提出一些相应的措施。Large scientific equipment is an important and basic condition of college to conduct teaching,research,talent training,technological innovation,and social service. The utilization of equipment is directly related to innovation strategy implementation in college and the pace of constructing worldwide first rate college promotion. Consequently,strengthening large equipment management and sharing,improving the utilization and benefit of large equipment,and further enhancing teaching and research in college are problems in large equipment management. This paper analyzed main factors which influence or restrict utilization of equipment,and it also proposed corresponding measures by combing practice in scientific equipment innovation management in author＇s college.
