数据挖掘在高校资产管理中的应用

摘　　要：高校资产管理系统中的数据信息量成爆炸式增长,但大多数高校资产管理系统仅具有简单的存储、查询功能,鲜有通过数据挖掘技术来对海量的数据进行分析帮助学校起到决策的功能,研究资产数据挖掘可以帮助管理部门判断采购预算合理性,了解各院系学科的发展情况、仪器设备的使用情况等等,其在高校资产管理中的应用具有现实意义。文章介绍了当前高校资产数据的使用现状,通过分析高校资产管理系统的缺陷,探索数据挖掘技术在采购预算、仪器采购、仪器处置、风险内控、实验室安全等级、资源应用、资源配置等方面的应用,最后通过案例分析了实验室教师的个人情况与实验室平均设备利用率的内在联系,为提高实验室教师素养规划合理方案。There are a lot of data in the university management system,but the most of the asset management system in colleges only have simple storage and query function. The asset management system is used rarely to analyze the massive data with the data mining technology in decision-making. The asset data mining can help the management department to determine the rationality of the procurement budget,know the discipline development,the use of equipment,etc. And it has practical significance in the application of asset management in colleges. This article introduces the present situation of using the data in colleges,and analyzes the defects of the current assets management system,then explores the application of data mining technology in the procurement budget,equipment procurement,equipment disposal,risk control,laboratory safety grade,resource application,resource allocation,etc. Finally,we analyze the intrinsic link between the personal situations of laboratory teachers and the average equipment utilization rate of these teachers,we plan the reasonable scheme in order to improve the quality of laboratory teachers.
