摘　　要：在已有关于绿色采购研究的基础上,本文提出绿色采购战略分为基于产品的绿色采购和基于流程的绿色采购,并开发相应的测度体系,同时引入运营效率和利益相关者满足,构建绿色采购与企业绩效关系的新概念模型,并采用中国A股206家上市公司的客观数据进行实证检验。研究结果发现,虽然基于产品的绿色采购和基于流程的绿色采购均对企业绩效有正向影响,但是中国企业更关注于产品绿色采购对企业绩效的影响,而不同利益相关者满足在绿色采购战略与企业绩效之间存在不同的调节作用。This study, based on the existing research procurement strategy can be classified into product-based green and put forward the corresponding measures. After introducing on green procurement, proposed that the green procurement and process-based green procurement, operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction, this paper also built a new conceptual model focusing on the relationship between green procurement and firm performance, and adopted the secondary data from 206 A-share companies in China to test this model. The results show that although both product-based and process-based green procurements have performance, Chinese companies should attach more importance on the effect of product-b pos ased itive effects on firm green procurement on firm performance, as well as the different moderating effects of stakeholder satisfaction between green procurement performance.
