摘　　要：目的:基于分级诊疗就医体系对远程医学的需求分析,提出一种更为高效便捷的远程会诊系统。方法:系统以B/S+C/S混编技术,基于Vidyo交互技术与Skype通讯技术融合的方案。成果:构建以结构化病例为基础,结合历史就诊记录、远程会诊结果及诊后随访调查为一体的远程医学闭环。结论:新型远程会诊系统所提供高效便捷且可循环、可追溯的诊疗模式,进一步说明分级诊疗体系下的远程医学仍大有作为。Objective： To provide a more efficient and convenient remote consultation system based on the demand analysis of telemedicine system in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Methods： The B/S＋C/S hybrid technology was used to integrate the Vidyo interactive technology and Skype communication technology. Results： The remote medical closed-loop was constructed on basis of structured cases, combined with historical records, remote consultation results and follow-up investigation. Conclusion： The new remote consultation system provides efficient, convenient and cycle able diagnosis and treatment mode, which further shows that telemedicine under the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system still has a lot of achievements.
