摘  要:目的:探讨手机App在骨科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取医院五年制临床医学本科毕业规范化培训学员为研究对象,选择规培生40人。按照组别随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用CBL教学(n=20),实验组采用手机APP教学结合CBL教学(n=20)。两组的基础课程学习内容均一致,本科入学成绩一致,在脊柱外科培训时间均为4周。培训完后进行出科考试,考试包括理论考试、操作考试和出科问卷调查。结果:成绩统计显示,理论考试与操作考试成绩对照组和实验组比较有统计学意义,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。出科问卷调查显示,实验组学员对于教学方式的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手机App应用于规培生实习带教,有助于激发学员学习的积极性和主观能动性,提升学习效率。Objective: To explore the effectiveness of application of smartphone App in orthopaedics intern teaching. Methods: 40 medical undergraduate students were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 20students in each group. In the experimental group, the students were taught with method of combination of Smartphone App and CBL. In the control group, the the students were taught with CBL method. The teaching duration is 4 weeks and the evalutaion standard was uniform. The evaluation index included the theoratic test, practicing test and quesfionare about the teaching method. Results: The results showed that the theoratic test score, practicing test score and questionare about the teaching method was significantly different between the experimental group and control group, and the score of experimental group is higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The questionnaire survey shows that the experimental group of students for teaching evaluation is better than the control group. Conclusion: Application of Smartphone App in orthopaedics intern teaching is effective to stimulate the students'activity and is helpful to improve the studying efficient.
