摘 要:采用两个IGBT模块作为主功率开关,实现了锂离子蓄电池电源模块与母线之间功率传输的双向可控。分析了锂离子蓄电池动力电源系统功率电路的主要特征,给出了功率母线控制开关的基本结构。分析了主功率开关器件的并联分流特征,给出了确保主功率器件并联均流的基本方法。对主功率电路的主要寄生参数进行分析,给出了寄生参数的吸收方法。实验结果表明,该功率母线控制开关可在20μs内实现开关过程,在吸收电路的配合下无明显的开关瞬态。该开关无机械触点、体积小、动作快,适用于锂离子蓄电池动力电源模块。Two IGBT modules were adopted as the main power switch to implements the two-way control of power transmission between lithium ion battery power supply module and bus. The main characteristics of the power circuit for li-ion battery power supply system were analyzed and the basic structure of power bus control switch was presented. The parallel distribution characteristics of the main power switch device were analyzed and the basic method making sure that the main power device in parallel flow was provided. The analysis of the main parasitic parameters of the main power circuit and the absorption method of parasitic parameter were given. The experimental results show that the power bus control switch can realize the switching process in 20 μs, and there is no obvious switching transient with the absorption circuit. The switch has no mechanical contact, small size and fast operation for the power supply module of li-ion battery.
