摘　　要：为探究FoxO4基因序列和组织表达特征,采用RT-PCR法从猪肝脏中克隆FoxO4基因c DNA的部分序列,采用荧光定量PCR对大白猪、从江香猪2个猪品种的不同组织m RNA表达进行了相对定量分析。结果:获得猪FoxO4基因615 bp编码区序列;FoxO4基因m RNA在大白猪所检测的9个组织样中均有表达,在肺中表达量最高,在脂肪中表达量次之;FoxO4基因m RNA在从江香猪所检测的9个组织样中也均有表达,在脂肪中表达量最高,在肺中表达量次之;在2个品种中FoxO4基因在肺、肾、大肠、脂肪中m RNA表达水平差异极显著(P<0.01)。In order to study the sequence characteristics of FoxO4 genes and its expression in different tissues, we cloned the partial cDNA of Fox04 from pig livers by RT-PCR, and detected the mRNA expression and differential expression in different tissues from Yorkshire and Congjiang Xiang pigs by Real-time quantitative PCR. The results showed that the CDS of FoxO4 genes was 615 bp in length and the FoxO4 gene was expressed in nine samples in Yorkshire pigs. FoxO4 gene was expressed at the highest level in lung tissue and a secondly highest level in adipose tissue. Meanwhile, FoxO4 gene was also expressed in nine samples in Congjiang Xiang pigs. It was expressed at the highest level in adipose tissue and at the second highest level in lung tissue. In view of the two breeds, the expression level of the FoxO4 mRNA showed differences （P〈0.01） in lung, kidney, intestine and adipose.
