摘  要:随着油田井下作业操作技术越来越复杂,油田安全生产问题成为当下井下作业的重点,因此对井下员工进行岗前测试成为油田企业工作的一部分,而传统测试方法单调、无法实际操作,并且受环境和测试规模的限制,使得测试中存在技术盲点,本文通过对井下标准操作视频的分解和提取,结合计算机三维仿真技术,实现了传统和仿真相结合的测试系统,涵盖了井下操作的理论基础,同时员工可以通过电脑或手机等多媒体设备对仿真场景进行交互操作,提高了员工的测试水平,保障了油田安全生产。With the development of oilfield downhole operation technology is more and more complex, the safety of oil production problems becomes the current focus of the downhole operation, so the employees testing before post working becomes a part of oil enterprises' production. However, the traditional test methods are monotonous, can't conduct the actual operation, and limit of environment and test scale, so in the testing, there are some technology can't be tested. In this paper, through the decomposition and extraction of standard downhole operation video, and combined with 3D computer simulation technology, to implement the test system combined of traditional and simulation method, includes theoretical knowledge of downhole operation. At the same time, employees can use multimedia devices such as computers and mobile phones to do the interactive operation of the simulation scene, improve the test level of the employees, and ensure the security the oil production safety.
