摘  要:血脑屏障的存在严重影响了药物入脑对病变部位的治疗。靶向给药系统因使治疗部位的药物浓度明显提高,药物用量减少,降低药物对全身的毒副作用而成为目前研究的热点。随着脑部疾病的发病率的不断上升,脑靶向的研究也日益深入。通过查阅国内外相关文献,总结了近年来主动靶向策略在脑靶向给药中的研究进展。本文以被动靶向中的纳米给药系统为载体,以给药系统表面修饰的靶头为中心,综述脑靶向给药系统主动靶向策略。The delivery of therapeutical agengts for brain tumors' treatment is enormously prevented by the presence of blood-brain barrier. Targeted drug delivery system with the advantages of increasing density of drug in disease areas, decreases the amount of drug needed and reduces the side effect to the whole body as a result it becomes a focusing research area. The research of brain targeted drug delivery system steps into deeper and deeper stages as the increasing of morbidity of brain disease. With the reviewing related papers and articles, the research advances of active targeted strategies is summarized. Based on nanoscale drug delivery system of passive targeting, and focused on the brain-targeted strategies decorated by drug delivery system, this article discussed the active brain-targeted strategies of targeted drug delivery system for brain disease.
