血链球菌在不同牙周状态下的分布及相关研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨口腔主要过氧化氢产生菌血链球菌和口腔链球菌在不同牙周健康状态下龈下菌群中的分布 ,及与牙周健康状态和牙龈卟啉单胞菌在龈下菌群中分布的相互关系。方法 :纳入符合标准的受试者 30人 ,受试位点 86个。其中健康组 11人 ,位点 30个 ,龈炎组 9人 ,位点 2 9个 ,慢性牙周炎组 10人 ,位点 2 7个 ,检查记录牙周健康状态〔包括牙龈指数 (GI)和牙周袋深度 (PD)〕,采集龈下菌斑标本 ,经厌氧菌培养基和 AP- PCR及 PCR鉴定后 ,将各受试组进行比较分析。结果 :共获得草绿色链球菌 5 2 3株 ,产黑色素菌 2 4 1株。经 AP- PCR及 PCR鉴定后 ,得到血链球菌 112株 ,口腔链球菌 5 6株 ,牙龈卟啉单胞菌 84株。健康组龈下菌斑中血链球菌、口腔链球菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌构成比与牙周炎组相比有差异显著性 ;血链球菌和口腔链球菌与 GI、PD呈负相关 ,牙龈卟啉菌与 GI、PD呈正相关 ;血链球菌和口腔链球菌的构成与牙龈卟啉单胞菌的构成比呈负相关。结论 :血链球菌等过氧化氢产生菌在龈下菌斑中比例的下降 ,可能是微生态失衡。Objective:The present investigation was to provide experimental basis for further study on microecological prevention and treatment of periodontitis through examining the distribution of Streptocococcus sanguis Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ in subgingival plaques at selected periodontal conditions. Methods:86 sites with diferent periodontal status from 30 subjects were included in this study,among them 11 subjects were periodontally healthy,9 subjects were with gingvitis and 10 subjects were with adult preriodontitis.The subgingival plaque samples were collected and cultured for the detction of Streptococcus sanguis type Ⅱ and Porphyromonas gingivalis on the basis of AP PCR and PCR identification.Results:The percentage of Streptococcus sanguis in subgingival samples from healthy sites was hihy and it was low from AP subjects.There is significant different between the two groups.The percentage of S sanguiswas negatively correlated to gingival indxex(GI) and pocket depth(PD) There were negative correlation between the percentage of S sanguis and P gingivalis.Conclusion:S treptococcus sanguis is a beneficial spcies for periodontal health.It plays an important role in maintaining the balance of periodontal microecology
