摘　　要：临床带教属于儿科临床教学过程中十分关键的环节。儿科临床带教中存在的常见问题是实习医院的临床带教管理制度不健全,医师带教热情不强,现有带教方式落后,医学实习生学习积极性不高。应对儿科临床带教所存在问题的有效策略是重视医院实习管理,健全儿科带教相关制度,增强临床医师的带教观念,改善儿科带教效果,再就是要正确引导,增强医学生参与带教的热情。The clinical teaching belongs a very key link in the clinical teaching course in the department of pediatrics, and the common issues in the clinical teaching in the department of pediatrics is the imperfect clinical teaching management system in the practical hospital, low teaching enthusiasm of physicians, backward teaching method and low learning initia-tive of medical trainees, and the effective strategy is to pay attention to the hospital practical management, improve the teaching related system in the department of pediatrics, enhance the teaching notion of the clinical physicians, improve the teaching effect in the department of pediatrics, carry out the correct guidance and enhance the participation enthusiasm of medical students.
