摘  要:目的研究分层次管理模式对关节外科护理质量以及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取该院关节外科护师30名,采用奇偶数的方法将其平均分成实验组和参照组。参照组护师行基础性管理体制,实验组护师行分层次管理模式。结果组间指标对比,实验组均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在关节外科护理质量和满意度影响评价方面,分层次管理模式效果显著。Objective To research the effect of level management on the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients in the department of joint surgery. Methods 30 cases of primary nurses in the department of joint surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, the control group adopted the basic management system, while the experimentalgroup adopted the level management model. Results The indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group ( P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of level management model on the nursing quality and satisfactory degree in the department of joint surgery is obvious.
