康复新液联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片对溃疡性结肠炎患者血液流变学及炎性细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片对溃疡性结肠炎患者血液流变学及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法将85例溃疡性结肠炎患者按入院的先后顺序分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例)。2组均采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。在此基础上,观察组加用康复新液治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗1个月后炎性细胞因子[血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容)的变化。结果观察组治疗1个月后血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎可明显减轻炎性反应,改善患者的血液流变学状态,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎较理想的方法。Objective To investigate th e clinical effect of nifuratel vaginal soft cap su le s on v ag -initis, and to observe clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels before and after treatment. Meth-ods A ret rospect ive analysis was per formed in 120 vagini t is patients, including 60 pat ients trea-ted with metronidazole suppositories（control group） and 60 patients treated with nifuratel vaginal soft capsules （observation group）. Vaginal inflammation, health and mature index of exfoliated cells were evaluated by vaginal smear. Venous blood samples were drawn from elbow vein under fasting conditions to detect the levels of sex hormones before and after treatment. Furthermore, adverse reactions were observed during treatment and recurrences were recorded during 6 months of follow-up. Results All clinical in d ic a to rs and sex h o rm o n e levels w ere imp ro v ed in b o th g ro u p s after treatment, and the improvement in observation group was more obvious than that in control group（P〈C〇 . 05）. Observation group effectiveness was s ig n if ic an tly highe r than contro l group（95. 0% vs 71. 7%,P〈C 〇 . 0 5 ） . Fu r th e rmo re , the incidence of ad v erse r e a c t ions （3 . 3%） in observation group was lower than that in control group（15. 0%）（P〈0. 05）. Moreover,the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group after follow-up for 6 months（P〈0 . 0 5 ） . Conclusion The t re a tme nt wi th nifu ra te l vaginal soft cap su le s is effective an d safe forvag in it is and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.
