摘　　要：近年来,冷链物流市场需求增加,冷链运输环节效率问题备受关注。在农产品集散中心一分销地两阶段存储运输结构背景下,利用网络数据包络分析方法,分别对冷链物流运输市场中存在的三种组织结构模式(集中控制组织、分散控制组织、混合控制组织)进行模型构建及效率评估。同时,借助数值分析发现,三种类型下冷链运输环节中浪费程度不同,对冷链物流企业的绩效评价和冷链产品流通改进有一定借鉴意义。Recent years, with demand of the cold chain logistics grows, , more and more company managers concerned about cold chain transport efficiency. This paper under the background of two phase structure of agricultural products center - distribution situation, constructs the storage transport network data envelopment analysis （ DEA ） model, and then establishing three kinds of organization structure mode （centralized control and decentralized control model,the hybrid control model） which considering the cold chain logistics market to analysis two stage efficiency. Finally, according to the data analysis, this paper analysis the waste phenomenon during the cold chain transportation and has great importance on performance evaluation.
