摘　　要：我国企业供应链风险管理研究以及实践管理经验的不足,严重制约了我国企业经营发展,给制造业行业升级换代以及进一步提升竞争力形成了瓶颈。为提高制造业企业进一步提升风险管控能力在阐述供应链风险研究现状及存在问题的基础上提出了进一步研究以及实践的建议,重点指出从企业整体市场经营角度来看待和定义供应链风险更具实际指导作用。最后,给出基于企业供应链风险管理实践研究的重要意义。Lacking of supply chain risk management research and practice experience in Chinese enterprises,which seriously restrict the development of business of manufacturing industry upgrading and further enhancing the competitiveness.In order to improve the manufacturing enterprises to further enhance the ability of risk control,in analyzing the current research situation of supply chain risk and problems based on the proposed further research and practical suggestions,and points out to view and define the supply chain risk has more practical guidance significance from the perspective of the overall market business.Finally,the significance of enterprise supply chain risk management practice research is given.
