摘 要:为研究高强钢筋活性粉末混凝土(RPC)梁在弯矩作用下的受力特性和其抗弯性能的影响因素,设计制作20根高强钢筋RPC矩形梁进行抗弯承载力试验,分析梁的破坏形态、荷载~挠度曲线、裂缝的发展和分布,研究配筋率和钢筋强度对抗弯性能的影响规律。结果表明:RPC适筋梁的正截面破坏过程与普通混凝土梁相似,表现出良好的延性,少筋梁和无筋梁具有一定的延性;相同钢筋强度RPC梁的开裂弯矩和极限承载力随配筋率增加而增大;相同配筋率时,RPC梁的极限承载力随钢筋强度增加而增大,但钢筋强度对开裂弯矩影响不大;试验过程中,梁的截面应变符合平截面假定;根据简化理论计算的RPC梁极限弯矩值和试验值吻合良好。To study the mechanical characteristics and the factors that might have influences on the flexural behavior of the reactive power concrete (RPC) beams reinforced with the high-strength steel bars under the action of moment, 20 rectangular RPC beams with the high-strength steel bars were designed and cast and the flexural bearing capacity of the beams was tested. The failure modes, load^deflection curves and the crack propagation and distribution of the beams were analyzed and the laws of influences of the steel bar ratios and steel bar strength on the flexural behavior of the beams were studied. The results indicate that the failure process of the normal section of a RPC beam with the appropriate amount of the steel bars is similar to that of the normal concrete beam and the RPC beam exhibits good ductility. The RPC beams with a few steel bars or without the steel bars have certain ductility. The cracking moment and the ultimate bearing capacity of the RPC beams with the same steel bar strength increase with the increase of the steel bar ratios. In the case of the same steel bar ratios, the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams increases with the increase of the steel bar strength, however, the steel bar strength does not have great influence on the cracking moment. In the tests, the strain of the sections of the RPC beams is accordant with the plane section assumption and the ultimate moment values of the beams calculated according to the simplified theoretical calculation are well agreeable with the test values. © 2017, Journal Press, China Railway Bridge Science.
