摘  要:本试验旨在研究微粉碎和低蛋白质日粮中添加氨基酸对仔猪粪尿中氮磷排泄的影响。选用体重为(7.36±0.5)kg、(28±2)日龄杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪120头,随机分为4个组,Ⅰ组饲喂蛋白质为19%日粮+原料为普通粉碎、Ⅱ组饲喂蛋白质为19%日粮+原料为微粉碎、Ⅲ组饲喂蛋白质为18%日粮+原料为微粉碎、Ⅳ组饲喂蛋白质为18%日粮+原料为普通粉碎,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪,试验期20 d。试验期间测定每组的料重比和日增重,并对每组的粪尿减排率进行分析对比。结果表明:不同粉碎粒度和蛋白质水平对仔猪平均日增重、日增重率均有影响,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。相同蛋白质水平条件下,普通粉碎组(Ⅰ组、Ⅳ组)料重比均显著高于微粉碎组(Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组)(P<0.05);且原料在普通粉碎粒度下,随着蛋白质水平的下降料重比也有下降趋势(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组相比,其他各试验组均可显著提高氮表观消化率,分别提高5.06%、5.58%、2.73%(P<0.05),其中Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组间氮表观消化率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。以Ⅰ组的氮、磷排出量为标准,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的粪尿氮减排率分别为26.79%、32.89%、19.36%,磷减排率分别为14.55%、32.73%、26.06%。由此可见,微粉碎和低蛋白质日粮添加氨基酸可提高仔猪的生产性能,降低粪尿中氮磷排泄。The objective of this experiment was to study the finely ground feed and amino acids added in low-protein diets on the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus in piglets.A total of 150 weaned pigs with average body weight of(7.36±0.5)kg were randomly assigned to 4 treatments(10 each of 3 duplicates).GroupⅠ was fed the diets of 19% crude protein(CP) and 0.58% total phosphorus(TP)with corn and soybean normally ground;group Ⅱ was fed with 19% CP,0.58% TP and corn pulverized finely by 621 μm and soybean 30 μm;group Ⅲ was fed the diets of 18% CP,0.48% TP and corn pulverized finely by 621 μm and soybean 30 μm;group Ⅳ was fed with 18% CP and 0.48% TP with ordinary pulverization.The results showed that the different crushing granularity and protein levels on piglet affect the average daily gain and the daily growth rate,but have no significant difference(P > 0.05).Under the condition of the same protein level,weight ratio of the ordinary grinding group(Ⅰgroup, Ⅳ group)were significantly higher than that of fine crushing group(Ⅱ, Ⅲgroup)(P < 0.05).N excretion were reduced by 26.79%,32.89% and 19.36%,and P reduced by 14.55%,32.73% and26.06%.It is concluded that fine grinding and amino acids added in low protein diets for piglets can enhance their performance and decrease N and P excretion.
