超声乳化加人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究与分析超声乳化加人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院在2015年7月—2016年8月期间收治的72例葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组患者采用常规小切口白内障囊外摘除术加人工晶体植入术进行治疗,观察组患者采用超声乳化加人工晶体植入术进行治疗。治疗前后分别对两组患者房水蛋白水平进行检测,并对其变化情况进行比较;详细记录两组患者并发症症状及人数,对比并发症发生率;治疗结束后根据临床疗效判定标准对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前观察组患者房水蛋白为(7.58±0.03)、对照组为(7.57±0.02),两组患者房水蛋白水平均较低,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者房水蛋白为(7.97±0.05)、对照组为(9.48±0.07),两组患者房水蛋白水平均明显上升,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后对照组患者房水蛋白水平显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为5.56%,对照组患者为8.33%,两组患者并发症发生率均较低,虽然对照组患者并发症发生率略高于观察组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.44%,对照组患者为77.78%,观察组患者明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化加人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果较好,术后患者房水蛋白水平恢复较快,且并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the clinical curative effect of ultrasonic emulsification intraocular lens implantation in treatment of uveitis and cataract.Methods 72 cases of patients with uveitis and cataract admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 36 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,while the observation group were treated with ultrasonic emulsification intraocular lens implantation,and the humor aquosus protein level was tested,and the changes was compared,and the complications and case number were recorded in detail,and the occurrence of complications was compared and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups according to the clinical curative effect at the end of treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference in the aquosus protein level between the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance,[(7.58±0.03) vs(7.57±0.02)],and the level of the two groups was lower,after treatment,the aquosus protein level in the observation group and the control group obviously increased,which was respectively(7.97±0.05) and(9.48±0.07),and the difference before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05),after treatment,the aquosus protein level in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of complications in the control group was slightly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference between groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.44% vs 77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasonic emulsification intraocular lens implantation in treatment of uveitis and cataract is better with rapid recovery of aquosus protei
