一次性根管治疗术和常规根管治疗术(多次根管治疗术)对根尖周炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性根管治疗术和常规根管治疗术(多次根管治疗术)对根尖周炎的疗效。方法该实验方便选择了该院2015年1—12月收治的根尖周炎患者150例,随机将患者分为对照组(75例)与观察组(75例);给予对照组患者以常规根管治疗术(多次根管治疗术)进行治疗,观察组患者则以一次性根管治疗术进行治疗;比较两组患者各项实验数据。结果两组患者经不同方式治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率(98.7%)与对照组(97.3%)接近;组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(6.67%);观察组患者就诊次数(1±0.4)次与完成治疗所需时间(1±0.3)d短于对照组就诊次数(3±1.6)次与完成治疗所需时间(15.2±4.1)d;组间比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予根尖周炎患者以一次性根管治疗术进行治疗,此种方式可充分缓解患者疼痛,降低患者就诊次数,患者治疗周期亦可随之减少,值得临床广泛应用。Object ive To inves tigate the one-off root canal therapy and convent ional root canal therapy （multiple root canal therapy） curative effect on the treatment of per iapical periodont itis. Methods This study convenient selected 150 per iodon-ti tis pat ients in our hospi tal in January to December in 2015 year were pat ients, pat ients were randomly divided into control group （75 cases） and observation group （75 cases） ; the control group were treated with convent ional root canal therapy （multi-ple root canal therapy） treatment, observation group were treated with disposable root canal therapy; compared two groups of patients with various experimental data. Results Two groups of pat ients af ter different treatment , pat ients in the observation group treatment efficiency （98.7%） and control group （97.3%） close; there was no signif icant difference between groups （P〉 0.05）; pat ients in the observation group postoperative pain incidence rate （4.00%） than in the control group （6.67%）; the number of pat ients in observation group（1±0.4）t imes and the time required to complete the treatment of （1±0.3）d in short the number of control group pat ients （3±1.6）times and the time required to complete the treatment of （15.2±4.1）d; there was no signif icant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Periapical periodont itis were given by one-t ime root canal thera-py, this approach can fully relieve pain, reduce The number of pat ients, the pat ient ＇s treatment cycle can also be reduced, worthy of clinical application.
