摘　　要：报告1例类似肛周尖锐湿疣样损害的皮肤克罗恩病。患者男,19岁。因肛周皮损2年,加重伴腹泻半年。肛周皮损组织病理检查:表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,真皮浅中部可见大量淋巴组织样细胞、上皮样细胞及多核巨细胞形成的结节样浸润。结合临床及组织病理表现,诊断为皮肤克罗恩病。A case of cutaneous Crohn＇s disease manifested as perianal conyloma-like lesion is reported. A 19-year old boy presented with lesions on the perianal area for 2 years, and aggravated with diarrhea for half a year. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis and acanthosis, and nodular infiltration of lymphohistocytoid cells, epithelioid cells and multinucleated giant cells in the superficial and middle dermis. According to the clinical and histopathological manifestations, a diagnosis of cutaneous Crohn＇s disease was made.
