创业者认知监控能改善绩效吗?一个整合模型及实证检验

摘　　要：依托社会认知理论,以认知监控概念为基础,通过对292名创业者的问卷调查发现:创业者的认知监控能力与企业绩效正相关;认知监控水平与感知环境动态性正相关;感知环境动态性在认知监控和企业绩效之间起部分中介作用;创业经验对认知监控和企业绩效的关系起调节作用.结果证实了创业者认知监控能力的意义,对创业认知领域的研究具有理论贡献.Basing on the theory of social cognition and the concept of metacognition, it explored the relationship between cognition monitor and new venture performance. The results indicate that： entrepreneurs＇ ability of cognition monitor is positively related to new venture performance; the ability of cognition monitor is positively related to entrepreneurs＇ perceived environmental dynamic ; perceived environmental dynamism partially mediates the relation between cognition monitor and performance; entrepreneurial experience playes a moderating role in the relationship between cognition monitor and new venture performance. It illustrated the benefits of cognition monitor, and contributed to the field of entrepreneurial cognition.
