摘 要:在详细分析大众创新视角下科技创新的概念内涵、参与方式的基础上,通过393位软件研发人员的调查问卷,从领先趋势的角色心理、预期收益和大众创新的知识服务环境3个层面,分析了科技创新主体创新参与意愿的关键影响因素及作用.研究发现:创新发起者角色的独特性创新追求、创新参与者角色的自发性创新心理、预期报酬、预期认可、创新工具等对创新参与意愿呈现显著的正向影响,预期享受在大众创新的知识服务环境与创新参与意愿中起着中介作用,而创新平台对预期享受和创新主体参与意愿的影响并不显著.在此基础上,得出研究结论和管理启示.It analyzed the concept connotation and participation way of the S&T innovation from the perspective of crowd innovation. Based on the survey of 393 persons in the field of software development, it studied the key factors and effects of the main body's willingness to participate in S&T innovation from three levels of role psychology of leading trend features, anticipation benefits, and knowledge service environment of crowd innovation. The empirical results demonstrate that : these factors, including the pursuit of innovative sponsor role, the psychology of innovative participator role, anticipation benefits, anticipated acceptance, and innovation tools, have positive impacts on the willingness to participate. Anticipation enjoyment plays a mediating role between the knowledge service environment of innovation and the willingness to participate in S&T innovation, and innovation platform has no significant impact on anticipation enjoyment and the willingness to participate in S&T innovation. Finally, it provided some management suggestions.
