摘 要:借鉴压缩机和工业汽轮机配置高位油箱的设计思想,在厂内试验的基础上对其设计边界条件进行修正以适用于大型汽轮机组,针对卧式筒形油箱提出了高位油箱容积计算方法并编制相关程序。选用Flowmaster软件作为仿真平台,根据高位油箱的基本设计方案、设计边界条件,同时调用上述油箱容积计算程序、轴承进口孔板和本体的流动阻力特性曲线,建立了高位油箱系统仿真模型,并以某300MW等级机组高位油箱作为设计实例,验证了其容积计算方法和系统仿真模型的可行性和有效性。The design idea of overhead tanks for compressors and Industrial driving steam turbines was used. The design boundary condition that was suitable for large-capacity steam turbines was determined based on factory test. According to horizontal cylindrical tank, the volume calculation method of Lube-oil rundown tanks was proposed and was Programmed. The Flowmaster software was selected as simulation platforms. According to Basic design scheme of Lube-oil rundown tanks,calling above volume calculation program and the Flow resistance curves of Inlet orifice and Bearing body. The system simulation model was established. The feasibility and effectiveness of above calculation method and simulation model were verified using a 300MW unit as design example.
