摘  要:通过熔融共混和热压法制备了高密度聚乙烯/纳米氧化锌(HDPE/nano-ZnO)复合膜,考察了偶联剂对HDPE/nano-ZnO复合膜性能的影响。采用电子万能试验机测试了复合膜的力学性能,通过平板计数法测定了复合膜的抗菌性。结果表明:偶联剂KH560改性HDPE/nano-ZnO复合膜的力学性能较高;HDPE/nano-ZnO复合膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有非常强的抗菌性,且抗菌性受nano-ZnO用量和偶联剂类型的影响;改性nano-ZnO用量低于0.5%时,HDPE/nano-ZnO复合膜抗菌性强弱顺序为:KH560改性>KH550改性>未改性;nano-ZnO用量超过0.5%时,未改性与改性nano-ZnO制得复合膜的抗菌性能较接近,其抗菌率均约为100%。Nano-ZnO用量和偶联剂类型对HDPE/nano-ZnO复合膜的力学性能和抗菌性均有影响。High density polyethylene/nano Zinc Oxide(HDPE/nano-ZnO) composite films were prepared by melt blending and hot pressing method.The effects of coupling agent on the properties of HDPE/nano-ZnO composite films were investigated.The mechanical properties of the composite membrane were tested by an electronic universal testing machine.The results show that the mechanical properties of composite films doped with nano-ZnO modified by KH560 is slightly better than that of modified by KH550.HDPE/nano-ZnO composite membrane has a very strong antibacterial activity against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus,and the antibacterial activity is affected by the amount of nano-ZnO and the type of coupling agent.When the content of nano-ZnO is less than 0.5%,the sequence of DPE/nano-ZnO composite film antibacterial resistance is: KH560 modified nano-HDPE/ZnO〉KH550 modified nano-HDPE/ZnO〉unmodified nano-HDPE/ZnO.When the dosage of nano-ZnO is more than 0.5%,the antibacterial properties of the composite film with modified and unmodified nano-ZnO are similar,and the antibacterial rate is about 100%.The amount of nano-ZnO and the type of coupling agent has influence on the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of HDPE/nano-ZnO composite membrane.
