摘　　要：中医药贯穿乳腺癌治疗的整个过程,是乳腺癌综合治疗的组成部分,而其在治疗乳腺癌化疗所致副作用方面则更是独树一帜。本文综述近年中医药治疗乳腺癌化疗所致副作用的研究文献,从中医对乳腺癌的基本认识,乳腺癌化疗后病因病机、经典名方对乳腺癌化疗所致副作用的治疗等几个方面,探寻乳腺癌化疗所致副作用的中医药治疗研究思路。Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is an important part of the whole process of breast cancer＇s comprehensive treatment, especially in treatment of the side effects caused by chemotherapy. This review summarizes recent research literature on TCM in treating the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer, from the basic understanding of TCM on breast cancer, the etiology and pathogenesis after chemotherapy and the stassie prescription on the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer to explore the research thought of TCM in treatment of the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer.
