Objective To analyze the efficacy of Shenmai injection in simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods 200 cases of eervieal cancer were divided into 2 groups, according to randomized digital table, each with 100 cases. The control group received concurrent chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and the experimental group were given chemotherapy + Shenmai injection + radiation therapy. The disease-free survival rate and the incidence of radiation enteritis after 5 years of treatment were observed and compared. Results The overall response rate of the experimental group ( 95.00% ) was obviously higher than that of the control group ( 58.00% ), the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The disease- free survival rate of the experimental group (75.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (49.00%), while the incidence of radiation enteritis (4.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (31.00%) ,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Shenmai injection in the concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cervical cancer patients is effective, improves clinical symptoms, increases the survival rate, avoids the occurrence of radiation enteritis, is safe and reliable.
