深部高频热疗联合GO方案治疗胰腺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨深部高频热疗联合GO方案治疗胰腺癌的疗效与安全性。方法选择收治的胰腺癌患者100例。按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予GO方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胰腺区域局部深部高频热疗,首次开始于化疗用药后4 h内,频率13.56MHz,温度范围41℃~43℃,连续治疗60 min,每周2次,10次1个疗程。结果观察组患者的ORR为76.0%,DCR为86.0%,对照组患者ORR为36.0%,DCR为66.0%,观察组患者ORR和DCR均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛症状改善有效率和体能改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组4例出现Ⅰ~Ⅱ皮肤烫伤,余不良反应与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深部高频热疗联合GO方案化疗临床疗效显著,能明显提高胰腺癌患者生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of deep high frequency hyperthermia comibine with GO chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer. Methods 100 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected, and according to the random number method, were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 50 cases. The control group were given GO regimen chemotherapy, the observation group were given the deep hyperthermia hyperthermia in the pancreas area on the basis of the control group. The frequency was 13.56MHz, the temperature range was 41℃ - 43 ℃, the treatment was treated for 60min,2 times a week, 10 times a course of treatment. Results The ORR of the observation group was 76.0% and the DCR was 86.0%. The ORR of the control group was 36.0% and the DCR was 66.0%. The ORR and DCR in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of improvement of pain symptoms and improvement of physical fitness in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group had 4 cases of Ⅰ -Ⅱ skin bums, residual adverse reactions of the 2 groups had no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Deep high frequency hyperthermia combined with GO chemotherapy has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, it can significantly improve quality of life with high safety, it is worthy of clinical application.
