摘  要:通过测试电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化曲线和扫描电化学显微镜面扫描图,研究温度对医用316 L不锈钢在生理盐水中腐蚀的影响。研究发现,在生理盐水中,升高温度能够促进316L不锈钢的电化学腐蚀,特别是点蚀的发生发展,而降低温度则能减弱316L不锈钢的电化学腐蚀。因此,要避免医用316L不锈钢与生理盐水的长期接触,特别是在高温环境中,更应避免或者采取一定的防护措施。Effects of temperature on the corrosion of medical 316L stainless steel in saline solution were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamie polarization curves and scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM). It was found that the higher temperature can promote the corrosion of the steel in the saline solution, specially the occurrence and development of pitting corrosion. The decrease of temperature can weaken the corrosion of the steel. Therefore, the long-term contact of the medical 316L stainless steel and saline solution should avoid or take some protective measures, especially in high temperature environment.
