摘　　要：通过学习专业认证标准,深入领会以学生为中心、以结果为导向和持续改进的核心理念,围绕化学工程与工艺专业认证,从毕业要求、课程设置和实践环节等方面进行了我校化工专业人才培养方案的改革与实践,初步建立以结果为导向的人才培养新架构,进一步深化课程教学改革,强化实践教学,提高人才培养质量。Through studying professional certification standards, in-depth understanding the core concept of students centered, outcome oriented and continuous improvement, focusing on Chemical Engineering and Technology professional certification, the training plan of graduation requirements, curriculum and practice for our chemical industry professionals was reformed and practiced, the training mode of results oriented talents was preliminary established for deepening teaching reform, strengthening practice teaching and improving the quality of personnel training.
