产城融合与金融驱动的协同效应——兼论肇庆市枢纽门户建设的金融支持

摘　　要：肇庆打造成珠三角连接大西南枢纽门户城市,需要充分发挥产城融合与金融驱动的协同效应。通过分析肇庆市近五年城市资源和设施建设、产业经济及金融发展水平,并采集广东省内12个城市三类20项指标,运用因子分析、指数化和投入—产出方法,分析了肇庆在产城融合与金融驱动间的协同效应。结果表明,肇庆金融发展制约了枢纽门户建设;肇庆在产城融合的综合竞争力与金融驱动动力具有较高协同效应。因此,肇庆要把握机会增加金融资本吸引力,创新产城融合的投融资机制,创新产业园区融资方式,建立起广佛肇同城化或珠三角一体的金融拓展区。To turn Zhangqing - a city of the Pearl River Deltainto a city of hub gateway linking China＇ s southwest region, the city＇s role of synergy effect between the urban integration and the financial driven model needs to be played fully. The paper is based on the analysis of urban resources and facilities construction as well as the industrial economy and financial development in Zhaoqing in the last five years, also the analysis of 3 types altogether 20 indexes of 12cities in Guangdong province are made by using the method of fac- tor analysis index and input-output method. The results show that the financial development in Zhaoqing restricts the hub gateway con- struction, and the urban competitiveness of the city integration as a highly effective synergy driven by its financial mechanism. Therefore, Zhaoqing needs to seize the opportunity to increase the attractiveness of financial investments, to innovate the financing mechanism of integration, to innovate the industrial park financing, and to facilitate the financial development of Pearl River Delta city or Guang-Fo-Zhao urban integrations.
