复方香气对大学女生身心健康状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨一种复方香气对大学女生身心健康状态的影响。方法从上海交通大学女生中招募60名受试人员,采用随机数字表以及随机数余数分组法分为实验组和对照组,每组30名,实验组于2014年12月28日~2015年1月4日闻香7 d,对照组不做闻香处理。通过SCL-90量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)进行测评及统计分析,并收集检测唾液中人分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)的含量变化。结果实验组与对照组相比,复方香气对于SCL-90量表中的抑郁、人际关系敏感、精神病性因子,PSQI睡眠指数,SDS抑郁自评状态,STAI状态-特质焦虑状态的改善均呈现极显著性差异(P<0.01),表明其对于实验组志愿者的抑郁、焦虑和睡眠状况有明显的改善作用。实验组唾液中SIg A含量呈现上升趋势,提示其对人体的免疫力和抵抗力的增强有积极的促进作用,与心理量表的结果相吻合。结论实验中使用的复方香气改善了大学女生的情绪和心理状态,有益于提升机体的免疫活力,说明复方香气对大学女生的身心状态有正向的调控作用。Objective To explore the effect of a certain compound fragrance on the physical and mental health status of the college girls. Methods The 60 female volunteers were recruited from Shanghai Jiaotong University. According to the random number table and random dex grouping method, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, then each group had 30 persons. The volunteers in the experimental group smelt the compound fragrance from December 28, 2014 to January 4, 2015, while those in the control group during 7 days didn＇t receive any fra- grance. All the volunteers were assessed by using SCL-90, PSQI, SDS, CES-D and STAI scales, while their saliva samples were collected to analyse the change of SIgA. Then all the data obtained were analyzed statistically. Results The depression, interpersonal sensitivity and psychotic factors in SCL-90, PSQI sleep index, SDS state and STAl state of those girls in the experimental group were obviously improved compared with the controI group （P 〈 O.01）. The level of SIgA in saliva of experimental group also performed an upward trend. It suggested that it had a positive effect on the immunity, which was consistent with the result of the psychological scales. Conclusion The compound fragrance used in the experiment has significant effect on improving volunteers＇mental and physical status, while it is beneficial to en- hance the immunity. Then it shows that the compound fragrance has a positive effect on the health of college girls.
