摘  要:兼职已成为大学生生活的重要组成部分,是大学生实现自我价值、提升能力水平、适应社会发展和提升消费水平的选择路径之一。基于以往研究,对兰州市1252名大学生进行了实证调研,通过问卷调查数据的因子分析和假设检验,综合分析了个人发展倾向、学校教学管理、经济需求、兼职环境、社会压力对大学生兼职的影响,提出了优化兼职环境、完善教育教学机制、健全奖助学金体系等建议。Taking part-time jobs has played an important role in college students' life, which is one of the paths for them to achieve self-value, promote their capabilities, adapt to social development and enhance the level of consumption. Based on the previous studies, in this paper, 1252 college students of Lanzhou are sampled to make an empirical research by making a data analysis of questionnaire and hypothesis testing. The author makes a comprehensive analysis of the personal devel- opment tendency, school teaching management, economic needs, part-time job environment, the impact of social pressure on college students' part-time job, and it is proposed to optimize part-time job environment, improve education system, improve the scholarships system and other factors.
