摘  要:为了制备高质量的羟乙基淀粉130/0.4,提高羟乙基淀粉作为血浆扩容剂的扩容效果和抗休克疗效,对羟乙基淀粉130/0.4合成工艺中的醚化工艺进行了系统研究。实验中以分子量为110 000~150 000的玉米淀粉为主要原料,以环氧乙烷为醚化剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂,合成了羟乙基淀粉130/0.4。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和环氧乙烷用量对羟乙基淀粉取代度和取代方式的影响。结果表明,环氧乙烷用量对产品取代度影响最大,而催化剂氢氧化钠用量则对产品取代方式影响最大。In order to prepare the hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 with high quality ,to improve the effect ot hydroxyethyl Starch as the expansion of plasma expander and anti shock effect, a systematic research on the etherifieation process of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 was carried out. In this research, hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 was synthesized using corn starch (the molecular weight is 110 000 - 150 000) as the main raw material, using sodium hydroxide as catalyst while ethylene oxide acts as etherification agent. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of sodium hydroxide and ethylene oxide on the degree of substitution and substituted position of the product were investigated in detail. The results show that the amount of ethylene oxide is the biggest factor affecting the degree of substitution ; and the al- kali dosage has the biggest impact on the substitution position.
