摘 要:为了提高滑石的吸油性能,采用微波辅助盐酸对滑石进行提纯和改性,通过测定模拟植物油废水溶液的吸油率,研究了酸的种类、酸的浓度、酸化时间、酸化温度、微波以及微波辐射时间、微波辐射功率对酸化滑石吸油效果的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对酸化前后的滑石进行表征,结果表明,酸化滑石中白云石和菱镁矿杂质被完全去除,表面粗糙度降低并产生大量裂纹,吸附性能增强,在25℃下,将滑石在2 mol/L盐酸溶液中酸化2 h后移至500 W微波反应合成仪中酸化9 min,此条件下酸化滑石吸油率提高了32.25%。Modified talc was prepared by hydrochloric process in order to improve the oil adsorption per- formance of original talc. Experiment studied the kinds of acid, acid concentration, acidification time, acid- ification temperature, microwave radiation time and microwave radiation power by oily absorption rate. X- ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize talc before and after modification. Results indicate that adsorption capacity of modified talc improved, and its rough- ness was greatly decreased. Compared with original talc, oil absorption rate of acidification talc improved by 32.25%, while the modification conditions were as follows :hydrochloric concentration 2 tool/L, acidi- fication time 2 h, temperature 25℃, microwave radiation time 9 min and microwave radiation power 500 W.
