摘　　要：冷冻技术是在支气管镜下经可弯曲冷冻探头在支气管腔内实施的一系列操作,包括冷冻冻融和冷冻切除技术,具有效果确切、操作安全简便、并发症少、费用低等特点,在气道良、恶性病变以及腔内少见病的诊治中发挥着热消融等方法无可替代的作用。Cryotherapy is a series of procedures carried out in the brochainal lumen with flexible probe of the broncho- scope, including frozen-thaw and frozen-excision. Compared with thermal ablation, cryotherapy has many advantages,such as definite effects, easy performance, less complications, and less cost, and is often irreplaceably used to diagnose and treat the benign and malignant lesions and rare diseases in the brochainal lumen.
