摘  要:组学技术能够将现代分析仪器提供的大量多维数据结合计算机技术和化学计量学算法,进行处理、分类、解析和预测,建立物质化学组成与宏观性质之间的关联模型,最终揭示物质本身的构效关系。介绍了组学技术的起源和研究内容,综述了石油组学研究过程中常用的仪器分析手段,包括质谱、核磁共振波谱、近红外光谱、红外光谱等,总结了主要的化学计量学方法,并对组学技术在石油化工领域中的应用情况进行了介绍,对石油组学未来的发展方向和应用前景进行了展望,提出应针对重质油研发高灵敏度、高分辨率的分析手段,推进石油组学技术的发展。Omics technology can apply the multidimensional data from modern analytical instruments with computer technology and chemometrics algorithms for classification, analysis and prediction in order to establish the link between the chemical composition and macroscopic properties model of the material,and finally, reveal the structure-activity relationship of material itself. The origin and the research content of omics technology were introduced, and the common instrumental analysis methods in petroleomics were especially introduced, including mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) wave spectrum, near infIared spectrum and infrared spectrum, etc..The main chemometrics methods were summarized,the omics technology application situation in petrochemical industry was reviewed and the development prospects were forecasted. It is put forward that the research of high sensitivity and resolution analysis methods of heavy oil can promote the development of petroleomics.
