摘 要:为了获得最适合创新发明原理的适配功率电机设计方案,本文以TRIZ理论产品结构设计策略为创新工具,对电动汽车用永磁直流电机的布局结构和功能原理进行系统分析与判定,并运用TRIZ理论的相关原理和方法进行求解,开发出功能和结构上更优的产品——适配功率电机.最后本文通过搭建适配功率电机试验平台,对适配功率电机样机进行试验,证明通过TRIZ理论设计的适配功率电机是可行的,凸显出TRIZ理论在产品创新设计过程中非常重要的指导意义.In order to obtain the design scheme of power adaptive motor which is the most suitable for innovation principle, This paper takes the product structure design strategy of TRIZ theory as innovation tool, this theory makes a systematic analysis and judgement for the layout structure and functional principles of permanent magnet DC motor for electric vehicle, and solve the defects by useing the principles and methods of TRIZ theory, developing a product with better function and structure--power adaptive motor. Finally, the power adaptive motor prototype is tested by building the power adaptive motor test platform, which proves that the power adaptive motor designed by TRIZ theory is feasible, and highlights TRIZ theory has a very important guiding significance in the product innovation design process.
