微小RNA-182与BRCA1 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌中表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微小RNA(miRNA)-182及BRCA1 mRNA在非小细胞肺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平差异及二者相关性。方法:采用实时定量PCR方法检测50例非小细胞肺癌及其癌旁组织标本中miRNA-182及BRCA1 mRNA的表达水平,并探讨其相关性。结果:50例癌组织中miRNA-182和BRCA1 mRNA相对表达量均明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01);二者相对表达量无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:miRNA-182和BRCA1 mRNA与非小细胞肺癌的发生可能相关,但二者之间未见相互调控关系。Objective：To compare the difference of the expressions of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA between non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent normal tissue,and study its correlation. Methods：The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA in 50 non-small cell lung cancer and adjacent tissue specimens were detected using real-time quantitative PCR, the correlation of which was analyzed. Results：The expression levels of miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA in cancer tissue were significantly less than those in adjacent tissue（ P 〈 0.01 ）, which was not correlated（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ：miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA may be related to the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer,but mutual regulation relation between miRNA-182 and BRCA1 mRNA may not exist.
