摘　　要：目的分析高压电位治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的符合诊断标准的100例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组予以常规治疗;观察组予以常规治疗加高压电位治疗;治疗前后两组行采用PSQI量表、血脂水平进行评价,并记录治疗期间两组患者副反应。结果两组间PSQI评分、血脂等各项数据治疗前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2个疗程后,两组患者各项数据与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后PSQI评分、血脂各项数据与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为98.0%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压电位治疗可以改善高血压病患者的睡眠障碍,降低血脂水平,临床疗效明显。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high voltage potential in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups（n = 50）. The rats in the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and high pressure potential. The two groups were evaluated by PSQI and blood lipid levels before and after treatment, and the side effects of the two groups were recorded. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment for 2 courses, the data of the two groups of patients compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the data of PSQI score in the observation group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 98.0% in the observation group and 74.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High voltage potential treatment can improve the sleep disorder and lower blood lipid level in patients with hypertension, and the clinical curative effect is obvious.
