摘　　要：目的观察系统疗养管理对高血压患者病情以及精神状态、疾病认知的影响。方法对我院2016年1—12月收治的105例高血压患者进行研究调查,提供系统综合性疗养管理,纳入研究组;同期选取2015年1—12月我院接受的104例高血压患者给予院内常规疗养,纳入对照组;比较两种疗养管理对患者血压与疾病认知以及精神状态的影响。结果干预后研究组的精神状态较对照组更佳,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为高血压患者采取系统、综合性疗养管理有助于改善其血压状况,学会自我调节情绪,树立良好的心态积极配合治疗。Objective To observe the effect of systematic rehabilitation management on the condition, mental state and disease cognition for patients with hypertension. Methods 105 cases of patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January to December 2016 were investigated and analyzed with comprehensive rehabilitation management provided and served as the research group. At the same period, 104 cases of patients with hypertensive admitted in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected with hospital conventional nursing provided and served as control group to compare the effects of two types of rehabilitation management on blood pressure, disease cognition and mental state of patients. Results After intervention, the research group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the mental state of the research group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The adoption of systematic and comprehensive rehabilitation management in patients with hypertension can improve patients＇ cognition of disease, and set up a good attitude for active treatment cooperation.
