摘  要:为了探讨干旱胁迫对芸豆种子萌发的影响,采用浓度水平分别为5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟进行干旱胁迫,研究胁迫对芸豆种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:同对照相比,种子的发芽进程、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数在轻度胁迫时(5%)均无明显变化;但随着胁迫程度的加剧,萌发指标开始下降,且胁迫程度越大,降幅越大。同时,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着胁迫的增大而呈先上升后下降的趋势,SOD和CAT酶活性在15%浓度PEG处理时达最高值,而POD酶活性在10%浓度时最高;丙二醛含量的变化则呈逐渐递增趋势。In order to explore the effects of drought stress on the germination ofPhaseolus vulgaris seeds, a simulation experiment on drought stress by using 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% polyethylene glycol solutions (PEG-6000) was carried out to determine the effects of drought stress on the germination and physiological indices of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds. The results indicated that the effects of light drought stress (5%) on the germination process, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds were not significant in comparison with the control, while these seed germination indexes were decreased along with the increase in drought stress, and the higher the drought stress, the most significant the decrease would be. At the same time, the activities of SOD, CAT and POD presented a variance tendency of increasing at first and then decreasing with the increase in the drought stress, and the maximum values of SOD and CAT activities occurred at 15% PEG, as well as that of POD at l 0% PEG. Additionally, the MDA content appeared a trend of increasing gradually.
