摘　　要：高校学生党员是当代优秀青年的代表,是中国共产党的新生力量。高职院校由于其人才培养模式的特点,在学生预备党员的教育管理方面存在一些现实问题。因此,结合"两学一做"专题教育,创新高职学生预备党员教育管理的思路和方法,确保高职学生预备党员的发展符合新时期党的要求,从党员发展的源头上把好关,坚定学生党员的理想信念,提高党性觉悟,更好地发挥党员的先锋模范作用。College Student Party member is the representative of contemporary outstanding youth, it is the new force of the Communist Party of china. Due to the characteristics of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, there are some practical problems in the education and management of Party members. Therefore, the combination of the two schools for special education, the ideas and methods of innovation of Higher Vocational Students＇ education and management of probationary party members to ensure that the development of college student probationary party members in accordance with the requirements of the party in the new era, from the source of the development of Party members and strict, staunch party members of college students ideals and beliefs, to enhance the consciousness of the party spirit, better play the exemplary vanguard role of Party members.
