摘　　要：恐怖主义是人类的公敌,反击恐怖主义是全世界面临的一大挑战,是确保社会安全和稳定,人民安居乐业的重要保障。随着暴恐行为的蔓延,高校作为人员密集的公共场所,容易成为恐怖主义的袭击目标或遭受暴力侵害,鉴于高校安全管理的特点和安全管理部门职能所限,高校反恐防暴意识和能力应当加强,打击与预防相结合,重在防范,构建警校巡防联动机制。Terrorism is the public enemy of people, anti-terrorism is a major challenge for the whole world,and is an important guarantee that ensure the safety and stability of the society, also ensure people Llvmg ana working in peace and security. With the spread of violence and terrorism, as crowded public places, colleges and universities are easy to become targets of terrorist attacks or to suffer violent assaults. In view of the characteristics of the security management in colleges and universities, as well as the limitations of the functions of security management department, colleges and universities should strengthen the awareness and abilities of anti-terrorism and prevention of riot, also combine strike and prevention. Staff of colleges and universities should pay attention to prevention, they should construct mechanism of patrol, prevention and interaction, in which police and school can join together.
