摘 要:目的评价某蛋白质粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中增强免疫力功能检验方法,经口给予小鼠0.83、1.67、5.0g/kg·bw剂量的蛋白质粉30d,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标,以及NK细胞活性。结果高剂量组足跖肿胀度为(3.05±0.12)mm,淋巴细胞增殖能力[OD差值为(0.127±0.034)],溶血空斑数(×10~3/全脾)为(159.90±50.17),抗体积数为(188.31±39.73),均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),实验组能显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、迟发型变态反应能力、血清溶血素水平和抗体生成细胞数。各剂量组对小鼠体重增长、胸腺/体重比值、脾脏/体重比值、单核一巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力、NK细胞活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论蛋白质粉具有增强免疫力的功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of a protein powder on the immune function in mice. Methods In accordance with method for the assessment of enhancing immune function in Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food,indicators for cellular immunity, humoral immunity, clearance capacity of mononuclear-macrophages and NK cell activity were tested after mice were orally administered with the protein powder at 0.83 g/kg · bw, 1.67g/kg · bw,and 5 g/kg · bw doses for 30 days. Results Degree of toes and ankle swelling,lymphocytes proliferation, hemolytic plaque and antibody titre of high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group(3.05±0.12,0. 127± 0. 034,159.90±50.17,and 188.31 ± 39.73, respectively). As compared with the control group, the experimental group could markedly enhance the lymphocyte transformation capacity, delayed type hypersensitivity and increase antibody form ing spleen cells, serum hemolysin level ( P 〈0.05). In contract, there were no significant differences between the control group and the experimental group with respect to the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophages, carbon clearance index of the spleen macrophages and NK cell activity( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The protein powder can effectively enhance the immune function.
