印尼雪茄烟叶生产技术考察及对中国雪茄发展的启示

摘　　要：介绍印尼Jember雪茄种植基地的育苗及烟株大田生长发育、成熟采收、调制发酵、分级收购以及烟农收益等情况,考察具有悠久历史的MANGLI雪茄公司和CDF公司雪茄工厂,观摩烟叶挑拣、润湿、加工、醇化、配方、卷制、检验和装盒等技术操作,最后结合印尼雪茄生产情况提出中国雪茄烟种植生产和品牌培育建议。Seedling raising, field growth and development of tobacco plants, and the harvest, grading and purchasing of tobacco leaves as well as income of tobacco farmers in the Cigar Planting Sites of Jember, Indonesia were described. Visit was made to the cigar factories of Pt. Mangli Djaya Raya and CDF cigar companies with a long history to observe the technical operations of tobacco leaf picking, humidifying, processing, aging, formulation, rolling, checking and packaging. Some suggestions for cultivation, production and branding of cigar in China were put forward based on the cigar production experiences in Indonesia.
