中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与前列腺癌恶性程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与前列腺癌恶性程度间的相关性。方法回顾性分析2012年1-6月于常熟市第一人民医院确诊的106例前列腺癌患者的临床资料,根据术前血常规,计算得到NLR值,分析NLR与前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平、Gleason评分和肿瘤临床分期的相关性,并比较不同组间NLR值差异性。结果NLR与PSA值及Gleason评分之间呈正相关关系(P<0.05);在不同PSA值、不同Gleason评分组间NLR值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肿瘤较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期肿瘤的NLR值高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前NLR值越高提示前列腺癌恶性程度越高,并对疾病的预后有指导意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between neutrophil- to-lymphocyte ratio（NLR） and the malignant degree of prostate cancer. Methods The clinical data of 106 cases of prostate cancer diagnosed in department of urology of Changshu No.1 People＇s Hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. NLR values were calculated based on preoperative blood routine examination, and their correlation with the prostate specific antigen （PSA） values, Gleason scores and tumor clinical stages were analyzed. The differences of NLR values were compared among groups. Results NLR values were positively correlated with PSA values and Gleason scores （P〈0.05）. Statistical significance was observed in the differences of NLR values among groups with different PSA values and Gleason scores （P〈0.05）. NLR values of patients with tumor at clinical stages Ⅲ～Ⅳ were higher than those of patients with tumor at clinical stages Ⅰ～Ⅱ , and differences among groups suggested statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High preoperative NLR value suggests higher malignant degree of prostate cancer, and this can be used to indicate the prognosis.
