摘　　要：目的探讨自体DC-CIK细胞联合培美曲塞对老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的老年非小细胞肺癌患者71例进行统计分析,定义单纯接受培美曲塞化疗方案的35例患者作为对照组,采用自体DC-CIK细胞联合培美曲塞治疗方法的36例患者则作为观察组,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体DC-CIK细胞联合培美曲塞治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效确切,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of autologous DC-CIK cells combined with pemetrexed for elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods 71 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were analyzed, the definition of simple pemetrexed chemotherapy in 35 patients as control group, used autologous DC-CIK cells combined with pemetrexed treatment methods 36 cases of patients as the observation group, the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency, the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of autologous DC-CIK cells combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer is effective, high safety, worthy of promotion.
