多功能溜料板在汽车装船平台上的应用

摘　　要：以机、电、液一体化控制技术为基础,设计了一款多功能溜料板,在满足同样船型装船条件的同时,降低了装船平台的高度,缩短了装船平台的长度,节约了生产成本。该多功能溜料板的应用减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了装船稳定性和装船效率。Based on the integrated control technology of machine, electricity and hydraulic, a multifunctional strip- per plate is designed. In order to meet the same ship loading conditions at the same time, the height of the loading platform is decreased, and the length of the loading platform is shortened, through which the production cost is saved. Through prac- tical validation, the application of the muhifunctional stripper plate reduces the labor intensity of the workers, and improves the loading stability and efficiency.
