探讨老年性癫痫的临床特征与疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨老年性癫痫的临床特征与疗效。方法选取我院收治的老年性癫痫患者38例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析与研究,对其临床特征及治疗、预后情况进行观察记录。结果老年性癫痫的发病原因主要包括脑萎缩、隐源性癫痫、脑外伤、脑卒中等,其中因脑卒中而发病的患者比例显著高于其他疾病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发作的方式多为强直-痉挛性发作和单纯部分性发作,与其他发作类型对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑电图正常3例,脑电图异常35例,脑电图异常的主要表现为不规则的尖-慢波、棘慢波、慢波放电以及局造性异常,还有部分患者表现为非节律性、阵发性慢波及弥漫性慢波改变等。38例患者均接受对症治疗,并给予鲁米钠注射液或安定静脉推注,其余患者需要长时间给予AEDs治疗,多数患者症状好转,仅1例患者死亡。结论老年性癫痫发病原因较为复杂,临床应当针对病因进行治疗,能取得相对好的效果,从而达到改善患者预后的目的。Objective To explore the clinical features of senile epilepsy and therapeutic effect.Methods Select our hospital clinical data of 38 cases of senile patients with epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed and the research,its clinical features,treatment and prognosis were observed.Results The etiology of senile epilepsy mainly including brain atrophy,hidden source sex epilepsy,brain injury,stroke,etc.,which due to stroke onset had a significantly higher proportion of patients with other diseases,compare the significant difference（P〈0.05）;Attack way is tetanic-spasmodic attacks and more simple partial seizure,compared to other attack types compared significant difference,P〈0.05;Normal eeg in 3,abnormal electroencephalogram（eeg） and 35 cases of abnormal eeg is mainly characterized by irregular sharp-slow wave,spine slow wave and slow wave discharge and bureau,sex is unusual,and some patients show is a rhythmic,paroxysmal slow spread diffuse slow waves change,etc.38 patients were symptomatic treatment,and to give nurmi sodium injection or settle intravenous injection,the remaining patients need long time to give AEDs treatment,most patients symptoms improved,only 1 patients died.Conclusion senile epilepsy reason is relatively complex,clinical treatment shall be for the cause,can obtain relatively good results,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis of patients.
